Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
Your rental time begins and ends promptly at the start and end times designated in the rental agreement. Your reservation time slot includes set up, break-down, and clean up. You can reschedule your reservation at no additional charge up until 24 hours before the start of your booked time. If you do reschedule within the allotted time, you will receive a credit for the number of hours booked. Your credit does not expire and can be applied towards a future reservation at Sol and Sage Studios. Credits for reserved hours cannot be split up and used separately. No refunds will be given. No cancellations or rescheduling may occur within 24 hours of the start of your booked time under any circumstances.
Can I arrive early to set up / Can I stay later?
As our bookings are back-to-back, we kindly request that you incorporate all set-up and tear-down time into your reserved studio hours. If you arrive early, please be mindful to wait outside until your studio time has begun. Your access code will work during the duration of your scheduled booking time only. Please be careful not to leave items behind once your reservation is complete, as the door will automatically lock upon exiting the space after your booking has expired.
Parking?
You may park in any lined sparking space on our property. Free street parking is also available, as is a parking lot adjacent to the studio.
Where is the best place to get craft coffee nearby?
Communion Coffee is less than 10 minutes from Sol and Sage Studios. Feel free to pick up some craft coffee before you arrive for your reservation! Our studio kitchen has a Nespresso with a variety of coffee pods. Enjoy!
Catering - Is food allowed in the studio?
Yes! Minimal catering is allowed. Please be mindful to clean up after yourselves and throw away all trash before you leave. If you need assistance with catering options, we are happy to give you some excellent local recommendations!
Are pets allowed in the studio?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your pets to any shoot. In fact, we have some in-house photographers who specialize in pet photography. Please pick up after your pet, sweep any hairs out the garage doors, and wipe down any furniture that has hair left behind by your pet. We do have a push broom and lint roller onsite.
How many guests are allowed in the space?
You can bring up to 25 people for photoshoots, and up to 100 people for events. If you will be bringing in more than 15 people during your photography booking, there is a required $150 cleaning fee. If you will be hosting an event, there is a required $250 cleaning fee. Children who are 2 years old and up should be accounted when booking.
Things that are not allowed in the space?
Drugs, firearms, explosives, nude photography, pornography, and boudoir are all prohibited. We ask that you do not nail, paint or add tape to the walls or rolling backgrounds without prior approval. No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises. Usage will result in additional fees being charged to the card on file used for booking. The client is liable for any damages that occur to the studio or its amenities anywhere on the premises within their booking time.
Things you should know when booking an event at the space?
We require a $250 cleaning fee for all events as well as a $500 refundable deposit, pending any damages done to the studio during your event. Both of these fees will be charged upon booking, along with the booking fee. If you arrive early or stay past booking time, we reserve the right to charge your card on file for the extra time. If you have more than 40 guests at your event, you are required to keep both garage doors open for the duration of your event.
